Usage — spend and failures
The Usage page — credits by model, a charges table filtered by operation, and the Failures tab with provider errors.
Usage in the sidebar. Needs usage.read (every member).
Pick a 7 / 30 / 90 day range top-right. Two tabs:
Spend
Four cards: Credits spent · Calls · Models used · Operations. The Credits by model chart shows which model costs the most — usually the clearest hint for saving (switch the default to an economy model, or lower Passages).
The Charges table lists every deduction, filterable by operation:

Each row carries the project (if any), model, credits and time. Paginated.
Failures
Errors from model providers: When · Operation · Model · Status · What it means · Message. Look
here first when an answer or a document failed for no obvious reason — a provider returning 429
(overloaded), 401 (the deployment's key expired) or a timeout. Errors are kept for a retention
window, then pruned.
