Ragenta Docs
Getting started

Create a workspace

What a workspace is, how to name it and its slug, and the credits you start with.

Right after your first sign-in, Ragenta takes you to Create your workspace. The app cannot be used without one.

What a workspace holds

A workspace holds your knowledge bases, projects and credits, and is what you invite people into.

In other words: documents, conversations, agents, members, the plan and the credit balance all belong to one workspace. A person can be in several workspaces and switch between them; each one is billed separately.

The form

FieldNotes
NameDisplay name, editable later in Settings.
URL slugOptional. Left empty, one is derived from the name. Cannot be changed afterwards.

Click Create workspace. You land in Chat.

Signup credits

A new workspace receives 20,000 credits once (the Free plan is not refilled per period). That is enough for a few dozen questions to try things out. See Credits.

More workspaces

Open the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar → New workspace. A second workspace also starts on Free with its own signup credits.
