Switching workspaces

Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar to open the workspace switcher. The list is every workspace you are a member of; pick one to switch — Chat, Knowledge, Agents and Billing all follow.

The choice is stored in a preference cookie, not a credential: the server re-checks that you really are a member before returning anything. If you are removed from a workspace it disappears from the list and you are moved to another.

New workspace at the bottom of the list reopens the create-workspace screen.

The Account page lists all your workspaces with your role in each.
