Switching
Click Switch to X on a plan card → Stripe Checkout. You return with ?checkout=success (or
cancelled) and a matching notice. The new plan applies immediately and its credits are granted.
Enterprise shows Contact sales.
Managing the subscription
Manage subscription opens the Stripe Customer Portal: change card, download invoices, cancel. The RenewalNotice line on the page reads Renews on … or Cancels on … once cancelled (the plan stays until the period ends). An Invoices list with Receipt links is also on the Billing page for Owners and Admins.
Downgrading
When you move to a plan with limits below what you use (say 5 knowledge bases, then Starter), nothing is deleted — you just cannot create more until you are under the limit. Members over the seat count block new invitations.
