Top-ups, promo codes and invoices
Buy credit packs or a custom amount, redeem a promo code, see invoices and the credit ledger.
All on Settings → Billing. Buying needs billing.manage; redeeming a code needs
promo.redeem.
Top-up credits
Available on Starter and up (Free cannot top up — upgrade first).

Click a pack → Stripe Checkout → credits land in the top-up bucket as soon as payment succeeds. Top-up credits never expire and are spent only after plan credits are gone.
Promo code
The Promo code field → Redeem. A valid code adds credits (top-up bucket) or applies the offer its issuer defined; redeemed codes show as badges below. Each code has a use limit and an expiry set by whoever issued it.
Invoices
Stripe invoices with date, amount, status and a Receipt link. Visible to Owners and Admins only.
Credit ledger
Every movement: When · Kind · Bucket · Source · Amount. Use it to reconcile why the balance
is what it is — every answer and every indexing pass is a deduct row. Needs transaction.read
