Managing conversations
The conversation list, renaming, deleting, and what a conversation records.
The list
Switch the sidebar to the Chats tab: New chat on top, recent conversations below.
Conversations belong to the workspace — every member with conversation.read can see and open
them, not only the author.
The Ctrl+K palette lists recent conversations too.
The conversation header
The title (taken from the first question) with a grounded or no retrieval badge. The menu
on the right has Delete conversation — removes questions, answers and citations; no undo.
Needs conversation.delete.
What a conversation records
Per turn: the question (with images if any), the answer, the cited passages, the model used, the credits and the time. The choices you made on the toolbar (knowledge base, project, file scope, search mode) are stored with the conversation, so reopening it continues in the same context.
